

One of the newest entrants to the financial market, Globus Bank Limited , has stamped its presence in the state, with the opening of a new branch at Old Nitel Exchange, Alagbaka Way, Akure.
The new branch was commissioned by the Executive Director of the Bank, Sunday Ilegar, who explained that the new branch will encourage commercial banking activities in Akure and the state in general.
It will equally offer quality services and products to its customers.
Meanwhile, the bank is set to open a new branch in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
Globus Bank commenced operations on November 6, 2019 and has established its presence in other parts of the country.
Its mission is to, “revolutionise the financial services industry by leveraging technology, people and service to broaden the horizon of banking services and providing adequate solutions that are tailored towards meeting customers’ needs.”
It is on record that the bank has opened branches at Asaba in Delta State, Benin in Edo State, Apapa, Idumagbo, Matori, Ikeja, Ilupeju, Lekki, Ikoyi, in Lagos State, Ibadan in Oyo State, the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Uyo in Cross Rivers State and Port Harcourt in Rivers State.
The bank’s head office is at 6, Adeyemo Alakija Street, Victoria Island , Lagos State.
